Altitude Tryout Liability Waiver - Needed to participate in tryouts
USAV Membership Form - Needed upon acceptance to play for the club

TRYOUTS

 

NOTE:  All tryouts will be held at South Suburban Sports Complex

Altitude will be using two practice sites:  SSSC in Crete and OTSSA in Crown Point, depending on the geographical makeup of the team.

Tryout fee to cover gym cost:  $10
 
Sunday 10/19 – South Suburban Sports Complex, Crete, IL

Tryouts for 11/12/13/14 (Boys/Girls)

1:00-3:00pm – Tryouts for ALL 11/12s (Boys/Girls)

3:30-6:00pm – Tryouts for ALL 13/14s (Boys/Girls) 

 

Sunday 10/26 – South Suburban Sports Complex, Crete, IL 
1:30-3:30pm - Makes up tryouts for ALL 11/12/13/14 (Boys/Girls)

1:30-3:30pm - Acceptance Day for 11-14’s

- Pay deposit, try on uniforms, and select uniform package

3:30-6:00pm - Tryouts for ALL 15/16s

 

Sunday 11/2 – South Suburban Sports Complex, Crete, IL

3-5:00pm – 13/14s First Practice

3-5:00pm - Acceptance day for 15-16’s

- Pay deposit, try on uniforms, and select uniform package

4-6:00pm - tryouts for ALL 17/18s and Make up tryouts for 15/16’s (with 18’s)

 

Sunday 11/9 – South Suburban Sports Complex, Crete, IL
4-6:00p - FINAL ACCEPTANCE DAY
